Hey people of the internet,
I have been working through weight issues, especially since I joined the 30’s club. I look at my peers and it seems this struggle (being underweight or overweight and everything in between) is a struggle that doesn’t discriminate; Men, women, transgender, straight, not so straight, old, young, ugly, pretty, handsome all face this issue at some point in their lives.
I was scrolling through to find inspiration online and found the story of Gerald Koh. This is a short read but inspiring nevertheless.
The take away that I get from here is:
(a) To stick through the program, whichever program you are on
(b) To give equal emphasis on what we eat and how to get in shape.
Our body is our temple. Respect it.
Peace out,
T.
